All orders

• Samples/vials will be freshly prepared 1 - 2 working days after placing your order and handed to the courier company the same day.
• The courier company will contact you with a link to track your parcel.

European Union

• All products are available (flavouring vials, tasting samples, merch)
• Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 1-2 working days.
• Shipping by DHL Express. When your shipment address is in Benelux, it will be shipped by PostNL.
• Free shipping on orders >€150.

Rest of the world

• Flavouring vials and merchandise are available worldwide. Tasting samples (wines, sake, whiskies) are unavailable.
• You may be charged taxes and duties by local customs. Depending on where you live, these costs can be substantial.
• Shipping by DHL Express, usually between 1-10 working days.
• Free shipping on orders >€250.
