Flavouring vials

• To submit a return, please contact Sietze at sietze@art-of-tasting.com.
• The flavouring vials must be unused, returned in its original condition in its white box.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please contact us no later than 30 days after delivery of the product.

Tasting samples

Due to the perishable nature of our flavouring vials and tasting samples, returns are normally not accepted.

• We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping.
• If the kit arrives after its expiry date, a full refund will be provided.
• If you are otherwise unsatisfied with the product, please contact us to have an in-store credit or a refund issued.
• Please contact us no later than 30 days after delivery of the product.

T-shirts

• To submit a return, please contact Sietze at sietze@art-of-tasting.com.
• The t-shirt must be unused and returned in its original condition.
• The t-shirt should be wrapped back into its original tissue paper.  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please contact us no later than 30 days after delivery of the product.
